Happy New Year!

Yesterday marked the beginning of the first day of work 2023 and on this day I reflected on the last 12 months and my hopes for the next 12 months.

My word for 2023 is ‘Effortlessness’.

I recognise that much ground work is required to get to that point but don’t they say it’s more about the journey than the destination? ✨

What does effortlessness mean to you? 💙

Arches Audiology can help you with the groundwork towards effortless communication. Appointments are never rushed and we encourage questions!

Get in touch if this sounds good to you!

New Year Greetings and Testimonial

Welcome 2022!

Thank you to everyone who has supported Arches Audiology over the past 12 months.

It has been another unusual year with too many lockdowns, too many hours working from home, too many parents and students tackling remote learning and too many people needing to quarantine or self-isolate. I truly hope 2022 will offer a better balance and present many more opportunities for face to face connections and improved work/life balance, a greater appreciation for learning with peers and to have the freedoms to do whatever it is that each and every one of us loves to do most!

I am looking forward to 2022 as many projects that I have been working on these last few months will come to fruition - watch this space!

I wonder what it is that you are all looking forward to in 2022? If it’s better connections then please let me know!

- Seray

TE S T I M O N I A L

I want to share my experience in correcting my hearing loss by my fortunate selection of Arches Audiology, a professionally conducted business, founded by Ms Seray Lim, who has a Masters Degree in Clinical Audiology from Melbourne University.

When my consulting surgeon confirmed, after extensive testing and examination, that my hearing loss was permanent and could not be recovered through surgery, I sought recommendations from him for reputable providers of hearing aids, who would guide me as to the right course to follow. Two names were offered and I chose to support Arches Audiology, a welcoming business with progressive ideas, supported by many years of clinical practice.

After learning from me about my future hearing expectations, my recent hearing tests were studied, then their findings cross-checked by another technical test conducted in the clinic. Ms Lim drew conclusions about both tests and my hearing prospects, then made recommendations, supported by pricing, fitting and a trial period. I was so impressed with the whole process that I immediately made the decision to forego the trial and proceed to purchase.

Already mightily convinced by the standard of customer service provided, I had cause to re-assess that when, after several weeks of “running in” my new devices and receiving help to overcome some early irritations and occasional distortions as I learned to tolerate their constant presence in my ears, I was gratified by a call from Ms Lim to the effect that the makers of my selected products had produced a new hearing solution that she believed would be the ultimate one for my circumstances. I was urged to try it as it promised not only a better solution for me, but also a much cheaper one as well.

The outcome was as expected - it was a crisper and better solution for me, and Ms Lim’s recommendation had come at considerable financial benefit with a corresponding loss to Arches Audiology. As I commented to Ms Lim, it was the ultimate expression of customer service, made solely in the customer’s interest, and greatly appreciated.

I would be happy to discuss this testimonial with any intending user of the services of Arches Audiology.
