Everyone's journey towards better hearing is unique.

Throw in a pandemic and suddenly a discussion with your audiologist about what your current hearing needs are like, PLUS what you envision your lifestyle and needs will be like post-COVID-19 means your appointment is going to take lot of time. There are so many uncertainties so I think it simply has to.

Any investment, particularly in health and well-being should require you to be fully informed of all your options.

And this is why I choose to be independent, flexible and adaptable. Emails first? In between your appointments too? Sure! Want a video appointment? Ok! Face to face is available but let's do telehealth too :)

My latest client will get a comparison chart of recommended hearing aids (there are so many) but trimmed down to those with features that are relevant to him as per his hearing and communication goals.

By allowing him the time to make an informed choice, I really do hope he enjoys what he ends up choosing and so that he can achieve his #1 goal of reaching his fullest potential.
